November 2022 Revision to Walden Cluster Operating Procedures Document

The Walden Cluster board has updated the Cluster Operating Procedures (16 November 2022) using the link in the left sidebar. Disregard earlier dated versions of this document. Specifically, the Board unanimously approved a revision to the cluster dues and special assessment payment procedures in Section 2. The revised procedures include information on convenient online payment options for cluster dues, which are billed in advance of the start of each 3-month quarter. Payment is due at the start of each quarter (e.g. January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). The revised procedure for handling delinquent accounts now includes sending past due notice to any homeowner whose account is overdue by 14 days or more, with the application of a late fee once per billing period after 14 days from the start of each quarter.
